What do you need :-
Sorghum porridge - half cup, buttermilk - two glasses, ginger - garlic paste - 1 teaspoon, cumin - half teaspoon, green chillies finely chopped - two teaspoons, onion finely chopped - two tablespoons, desi ghee - two small Spoon, salt as per taste.
Like this :-
Put the buttermilk in the buttermilk and let it soak for a while so that it swells. Heat desi ghee in a thick bottom pot, add cumin seeds, then add ginger-garlic paste and stir lightly. Add jowar and buttermilk mixture, salt and water and cook it on low flame till the tides melt. Add chopped green chillies and onions and serve.
