Jackfruit porridge
Jackfruit - 200 grams, wheat porridge - one cup, onion - two, ginger - garlic paste - one teaspoon, clove - two / three, cinnamon - one piece, curd - half cup, desi ghee - two - three tablespoons , Cumin powder and garam masala - half a teaspoon, green coriander - two tablespoons, salt, red chili - as per taste, lemon - two.
Make like this :-
First of all, clean the jackfruit and cut it into big pieces and roast it lightly in two spoons of ghee. Allow the Dalis to soak in water for half an hour. Now heat desi ghee in the pan, add cloves, cinnamon and also add finely chopped onion and cook it. When the onion is golden, add ginger garlic paste to it. Now mix dry spices and whipped yogurt in it. Then add soaked oatmeal, baked jackfruit and two cups of water to it and let it cook on medium heat for five to seven minutes. Add lemon juice and green coriander to it and serve hot.
